Summer Hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 10:00 am – Noon
Select Saturdays during concert season: Various hours between 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (phone sales only)

Walk-up box office window is available at concert venues one hour prior to each performance. Will call tickets will be held at this box office as well.

If you have lost your tickets, call or visit the box office for reprints.

The ESO Box Office does not offer refunds. Tickets may be donated back as a tax deductible contribution. Subscribers can exchange their tickets to another classics or pops concert.

Exchanges
Subscribers and Build Your Own Series members may exchange their tickets, free of charge, for tickets in the same seating price zone. In order to process your exchange properly, exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to the concert weekend. Exchanges into a higher price zone can be accommodated if the patron pays the upgrade. Tickets are non-refundable.

For your convenience, subscribers can make exchanges or donations for future concerts during the intermission of any concert they are attending.

Student Tickets
Student tickets are $10 with student I.D. Taxes and fees apply. Can only be purchased over the phone with a credit card or as a walk up sale with cash or credit card. Excludes Holiday concerts.

Group Sales
Groups can save up to 25% off the single ticket prices depending on the group size. Please contact the Box Office for details.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination. Contact the Box Office or click here to purchase a gift certificate.

Photography / Video
The ESO reserves the right to photograph and videotape all aspects, including patrons, of ESO concerts and use the photos or video for commercial and advertising use.
