Many Strings Attached

The second subscription concert in this year’s Elgin Symphony Orchestra Family Series is all about the amazing family of string instruments.  Featuring members of the ESO’s violin, viola, cello, bass sections and harp, (plus banjo and fiddle), this is going to be a spectacular concert.

The grand finale of the concert will be a mass orchestra of talented young string players from all around Chicago, joining the ESO players to perform:

Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni (Click HERE to view & print)
Old Joe Clark (Fiddle Tune), arr. Swiggum (Click HERE to view & print)
