Handicapped/Reduced Mobility Patrons
Each venue is handicapped accessible. At the Hemmens, there is an entrance ramp at the North doors to the theater; an elevator at the northwest end of the lobby provides access to the bathrooms on the lower level. Please note that there is no elevator access to the balcony at the Hemmens. We apologize for this inconvenience. The Prairie Center for the Arts in Schaumburg is fully handicap accessible.
We understand that situations come up and you may be late to a concert. We will try to make reasonable accommodations to seat you as soon as possible. Please note that management may not be able to seat you in your purchased seat until after intermission, if you’ve arrived late.
Feel free to wear what is comfortable to you for the ESO concerts. Most patrons dress up a little bit when attending the concerts. Please note that if you are sitting in the Balcony at the Hemmens Cultural Center, it may be cooler than the main floor.
