Subscribe & Save – Save 20% off Single Ticket prices when you purchase 3 or more concerts in a single order.
Additional Purchases – Subscriber 20% discount applies to 2022-2023 Season concerts. (not available online)
Fees Reduced– Ticket Processing Fees reduced during initial subscription order.
Favorite Seats – Like your seats? Subscribers have their favorite seats held for them at the beginning of each season.

Group Sales – Groups of 10 or more can save 15% off the single ticket price and have fees waived! Contact the box office for more information.
First-timers – Bring a friend or neighbor who hasn’t attended an Elgin Symphony Orchestra concert and receive free tickets with your purchase of two or more tickets. Contact the box office for tickets. *Limited two per concert. Subject to availability.
Free Youth Tickets – Youth ages 17 and under are free with a ticketed adult. Please contact the box office for tickets.
Newsletter – Receive ticket promotions and up to date information on the Elgin Symphony Orchestra when you sign up for our Newsletter!
Radio Partners – Limited complimentary or discounted ticket vouchers may be available for select concerts via our radio partners: WRMN, WFMT and WZSR. Listen live or visit their websites for more details.
Concert Location
Hemmens Cultural Center, 45 Symphony Way in downtown Elgin

Box Office/Will Call opens one hour prior to performance time and is located in the venue lobby. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance time.
The run time of a concert is approximately 2 hours, which includes a 20 minute intermission.
Late seating is at the discretion of house management. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until a movement/work has finished before being seated in the auditorium.
Donating Tickets
Ticket holders unable to use or exchange their tickets are encouraged to call the Box Office to donate their tickets. The value of each ticket can be used as a tax-deductible contribution and we will issue a tax receipt for the amount paid for the ticket(s).
Exchange Policy
Ticket Exchanges must be called or emailed into the box office at least 4 hours prior to the performance time.
- Ticket exchanges may be made for/to any performance at the Hemmens.
- Any remainder on the total must be paid by the patron at the time of the exchange.
- Should you exchange your tickets to those of a lower price, the balance will not be refunded nor credited to you.
Refund Policy
Ticket refunds will only be provided should a patron test positive for COVID-19, exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
Lost Tickets
Lost tickets can be reprinted at our box office in the hour prior to the performance.
Fees
There will be a $2 per ticket Ticket Processing Fee for standard ticket orders.
Gift Certificates
Give the Gift of Music! Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination and never expire!
Delivery Options
- Mail the gift certificate to purchaser or recipient (requires 3-10 business days)
- Hold the gift certificate at box office for pick-up
- Email the gift certificate to purchaser to print-at-home on any 8.5×11 sheet of paper

There are 3 ways to check the balance of your ESO gift certificate or ESO account credit.
