Box Office/Will Call opens one hour prior to performance time and is located in the venue lobby.  Seating begins 30 minutes prior to performance time.

The run time of a concert is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, which includes a 20-25 minutes intermission.

Late seating is at the discretion of house management.  If you arrive late, you may have to wait until a movement/song has finished before being seated in the auditorium.


Exchange Policy: Ticket exchanges must be called into the box office at least 4 hours prior to performance time.  Exchanges cannot be honored once a concert has begun.  Subscribers may exchange with no added exchange fee.  Non-subscribers will be charged a $5 per ticket exchange fee.  Tickets for 2018-19 season Classics and Pops concerts may be exchanged to any other 2018-19 season Classics or Pops concerts.  Refunds are not provided.

Special Events Exchange Policy: Tickets for Inside the Music may only be exchanged to another Inside the Music within the 2018-19 season.  Tickets for ESO Sounds of the Season may only be exchanged for another date of ESO Sounds of the Season within the 2018-19 season.  Special event tickets may not be exchanged for a Classics or Pops concert.  Refunds are not provided.

OPTION 1 – Exchange to another date with the same concert title
OPTION 2 – Exchange to another date with a different concert title (excludes Inside the Music and ESO Sounds of the Season)
OPTION 3 – Gift your tickets for someone else to use
OPTION 4 – Donate your tickets back to the orchestra for a tax deduction

Lost Tickets: Call 847-888-4000 or email the box office and ask for tickets to be reprinted and held at Will Call.

Fees: There will be a $1 per ticket Ticket Tax on each ticket purchased for the 2018-19 season.  Starting May 7, 2018, there will be an additional $2 per ticket Service Fee for all phone orders and a $4 per ticket Service Fee for all internet orders.

Subscribe & SaveSave 20 % off the single ticket price when you purchase 4+ concerts (excludes Holiday and Inside the Music).  Subscribers receive their 20% discount on additional tickets for 2018-19 season Classics and Pops concerts (excludes Inside the Music and ESO Sounds of the Season).
Youth Tickets – $10 Youth tickets are available for patrons ages 25 and under.  Taxes and fees apply.  Not available for ESO Sounds of the Season.
Group Sales – Groups of 10 or more can save 15-25% off the single ticket price!  Contact the box office for more information.
