ESO in the Community

We love making music in the concert hall, but outside of the hall the your ESO is also a vibrant and active part of our community. Through bringing the healing power of music to patients, connecting with kids, and supporting other worthy organizations in the area – the staff and musicians at the ESO create lasting connections through the programs below:

The Music Heals program with Alexian Brothers Health Systems began in December 2013. ESO musicians perform two times per month at one of the following locations: Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Alexian Brother Women and Children’s Hospital, and St. Alexius Medical Center. The musicians play uplifting and joyful music for patients, families and staff.

The ESO partnered with Alexian Brothers Health System to create a beautiful CD filled with lullaby music. A CD is given as a gift to each baby born at the Alexian Brothers Women & Children’s hospital. Listen to this CD!
